Ads not displaying properly
Hi,
We've used Advertserve for several years to help us serve local ads to our visitors.
We were using it for a big ad at the top of every page our website, but at some point recently it stopped displaying properly. We've since had our developer remove the code for most of the website, but we've still got the Advertserve code set up here:
https://www.dogstardaily.com/radio
And there's still no ad.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be?
It should look like this attached image, with an ad at the top right (in this example: "The Guide to Getting a Dog"
Thanks,
Jamie

Hi Jamie,
Did you recently change your site to https? The issue is that the AdvertServe zone codes are still coded to load over http. They need to be updated and changed from http to https.
I noticed there's also the same issue with a Twitter widget script loading over http that should be updated to https as well.

Hi Jamie,
Just editing the existing zone codes that are installed on your site and changing them from pointing to http://dogstardaily.advertserve.com to https://dogstardaily.advertserve.com is all that's required.
If you removed the zone codes from the site completely you'll need to use the AdvertServe code wizard to generate them again.
Code Wizard
Generate Code
buttonThat'll give you a batch list of zone codes, which will all be individually labeled so you can copy/paste them from there into your site in the appropriate locations.
