Hi,

I am the COO for Mundial Sports Network and we use Advert Pro to deliver our banner ads. We are having an issue with one of our banners currently delivering a 728x90 ad size. It's working fine whenever the site is viewed from a desktop but when we switch to a mobile device, or Responsive Web Design template becomes a lot smaller and the 728x90 banner no longer fits which effectively breaks the design.

Is it possible to have the Advert Pro tag detect when someone is viewing the page via a mobile device and in that case deliver a smaller 300x50 banner which does fit in the Responsive Design template?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best,

George

    Hi George,

Yes, you can configure a 728x90 banner zone to substitute a smaller 300x50 zone in its place when a mobile device is detected.

This article explains how to do it: http://www.advertserve.com/blog/2013/10/responsive-ads/

    Thanks,
    Mike
