Hi,

I have a remote worker that cannot click on images in our articles and reach the intended landing page. She receives the attached error message instead.

We spoke to one of our network technicians and they said that it must be either the Ad server is blocking her ISP, or her ISP is blocking the Ad server.

Can you help me figure out how to fix this?

    Hi Mandi,

Yes, it's possible if she was clicking on a lot of ads that our click fraud prevention may have blacklisted her.

Can you have her visit http://www.whatismyip.com/ and ask her what it shows for her IP address there? It will also indicate if she is using a proxy server. Let me know what those are and I can have her whitelisted.

    Thanks,
    Mike

    Hi Mandy,

Ok, yes, her IP was indeed blacklisted by our click fraud filtering. I've removed her from the blacklist so she should be able to see the ads now. Also, I put her in our whitelist so in the future she won't be blacklisted again.

    Thanks,
    Mike
