How can I create an Excel file to list of all media that we have in the system that will show the media number, advertiser, media title, type/size and status?

AdvertPro does not have an export option to dump the list of media to an Excel file. The data could be queried from MySQL and exported in CSV format. You'd then be able to open that CSV file with Excel and re-save it as an XSL file if needed.

If you're familiar with running SQL queries I can send you the necessary command to export the CSV file.

Otherwise if you want to provide me with access to your server I can run the queries for you and send you the CSV file:

    Hello Mike,

I’m not familiar with SQL queries so we would much appreciate it if you can create the csv file for us.

Back in October of last year you assisted with geo-targeting and I think we provided you with access to our server.

If you need access what do we need to provide?

It's our policy not to retain customer passwords for more than 14 days, so I'll need you to send the access information to me again.

Thanks, I was able to generate the report without root access. The Excel file is attached.
