I would like help how to do on demand pre roll commercials.Do you have manual more specific for this use?

We do have a tutorial here that shows how to set up a pre-roll video ad:

In that tutorial we show how to upload the video to RackSpace CloudFiles CDN and JWPlayer is the video player that's used. The exact process you'll need to go through may be slightly different depending on where you host your video and which player you use. However, the setup of the ads in our system would be the same.
We do also have examples of how to set up pre-rolls for Flowplayer in our user manual: http://www.advertserve.com/docs/latest/html/manual/vast.html
For other players you'll want to consult the documentation that they provide to you for integrating with third-party VAST tags. That is actually the most important part. Your video player must be VAST 1.0 or 2.0 compliant for any of this to work.
