Symbol "?" in Loonup Page
Hi,
I`m trying to indexing the page via Lookup Page tool in Tools. And get the "???" in results: http://joxi.ru/brboU4wyTJDHAnQ5HAM - screenshot.
How can I solve the problem?

Unfortunately our contextual spider is only able to handle pages that use UTF-8 encoding or a subset of UTF-8 such as Latin1 (ISO-8849-1). It looks like the page in your screenshot uses UTF-16. The result is that most of the UTF-16 characters will not be decoded except for basic ASCII characters (Latin alphanumeric and punctuation).

Understood. Keyword targeting and "contextual" tool will find the words in page while working whatever or it will also doesn`t recognize it?

No, the ad server doesn't recognize the UTF-16 encoded text either. Our backend SQL database is UTF-8 encoded so we are limited to that. If you try to enter UTF-16 characters as targeted keywords they will not save correctly.
