Cancellation

We're sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your AdvertServe account.

Is there anything we can do to change your mind? We are always interested in adding new features that you might need. What does it hurt to ask? Submit your suggestion and we will see what we can do.

If you still wish to cancel your account, simply complete and submit our cancellation form: https://services.renegadeinternet.com/cancel/

Note that you will need to provide your Customer ID and Secure Token to be able to cancel your account. If you've lost track of your account information, you can recover it by logging in to AdvertPro as an administrator. Click on the License Information link in the AdvertPro status bar, which is located at the bottom of the screen. The sidebar on the right side of the page will display your License Information. Your Customer ID and Secure Token are located in the Registration Information section of that sidebar.

In the event that you are unable to locate your account information using the above method, please submit a support ticket for assistance.
